it's all started when my friend ask me to try to eat granola, as I never like to eat any kind of healthy food, she had this granova ( an Indonesian brand of granola, like in the picture) and insisted that I have to try it. so, I did. to my surprise, it's actually doesn't taste that bad. it's still has the healthy annoying taste, but it's also has sweet-crunchy-salty taste which make it taste not so healthy lol.
Because it tasted good, I started to looked up for granola and another local brand healthy foods, then found this web, which sell variants healthy food from Indonesian local brands. I just realized there's so much variants of healthy foods. They also offer catering diet and lunch diet programs, price is depends on which programs you take. I tried three kinds which looks not too healthy for me: overnight oat, eat bar, and granola. Overnight oat made by mashed rolled oat and taste like instant quaker oat with some fruits in it. they available in many flavors and variants. Eat bar looks like power bar or healthy bar such a soyjoy, and I bought every local brands granola they offers. I want to know which brand has the most delicious granola ;)
On this web, they offer granola in 250 g per package, it's big enough for 3-4 person. All this healthy foods is homemade and made by locals, so they're not too pricey like imported granola in supermarket. the price is depends on size and brands, but average price is 100k IDR for 250 g granola. the cheapest of all is granova, they sell 300 g granola at 75k IDR.
It turns out, I bought too much of this, so me and my friend decided to challenge our self to eat all this healthy foods for a month! I will write their review in other post when I already taste them all. Let's see if I'm liking healthy foods now or it just coincidence? Hmm..
